1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AdRoof mobile application, dashboard, or any services provided by Mactics Business Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our application and Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use AdRoof, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete business details, including your business name, mobile phone number, and billing location.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at help@adroof.in of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false business information or breach these Terms.

3. Ad Campaign Management & Budgets

AdRoof allows business owners to manage, schedule, and run both physical offline campaigns (hoardings, voice vans, location announcements) and digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads):

• Offline Campaigns: Bookings for physical billboard spaces, voice vans, or flyers are subject to geographical availability and local vendor approvals. Runtimes and installations are coordinated with third-party logistics.
• Digital Campaigns: Running digital ads on Google and Meta platforms is subject to their respective policies. You agree to comply with Google Ads and Meta Ads policies.
• Funding Budgets: Advertising campaigns will not go live until the allocated budget is successfully paid and verified on our dashboard.

4. Tara AI Recommendations

Our proprietary Tara AI engine provides automated budget recommendations, audience targets, and script suggestions to optimize campaign efficiency.

You acknowledge that all Tara AI recommendations are analytical suggestions. AdRoof does not guarantee specific click-through rates, conversion ratios, or sales increments. All final scheduling decisions rest solely with you as the business owner.

5. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Fees for our subscription tiers (AI Pro and AI Ultra) and campaign budgets are billed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Billing: Subscription payments are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. Budget allocations are charged per campaign scheduling request.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. Physical campaigns (printed boards, flyer distribution, scheduled vans) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production or installation has commenced.
• Refunds: Unused digital ads budgets (from cancelled digital campaigns) will be credited back to your account dashboard wallet or original payment source within 7-10 business days.

6. Prohibited Ad Content

You are solely responsible for all ad creatives, banners, scripts, and announcements uploaded to the platform. You agree not to distribute advertisements that contain:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive business claims.
• Illegal items, weapons, or unregulated financial schemes.
• Defamatory, offensive, or racially discriminatory statements.
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mactics Business Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
